Shipping and Returns

2-Day Fedex Shipping included in price

Our pineapples are shipped only to the contiguous United States. We ship with care via FedEx, using 2-day service from our plantation on Maui. We use this service to avoid having pineapples sit in transit over the weekend. This service guarantees delivery within two days from the shipment date, not two days from the order date. Fedex does NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

Normal shipping schedule: We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

One day prior to ship day at NOON (HST) is order cut off. If you want your order to ship on Monday place your order by NOON on Friday, to ship on Tuesday place your order by NOON on Monday, to ship on Wednesday place your order by NOON on Tuesday.

If you would like to delay your shipment please place the order first,  then call us at (808) 877-3805  or e-mail us to provide your requested delivery date.

Our office hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. HST (Hawai‘i Standard Time), Monday — Friday; closed weekends and holidays.

Returns

Returns of fresh fruit are not possible. Sorry.

Refunds

If there are any quality problems or you have questions regarding a delayed shipment please contact the Maui Gold Pineapple Company office by calling (808) 877-3805 immediately or by e-mailing us. Please allow 48 hours for our staff to investigate your inquiry and get back to you. If you have already placed an order, please include the order number with your message.

Cancellations

The latest an order can be canceled is 9 am of the day it is scheduled to ship out.

Should you need to cancel your order please call us (808) 877-3805 immediately. Please have your order number handy. 

Delays

Maui Gold Pineapple Company reserves the right to delay shipping orders if there is inclement weather that hinders our harvesting schedule or if the quality of fruit available is not up to our standard (size or shell color) for these orders. If the delay is more than one working day we will contact you with further information. If you need a specific delivery date for an event or holiday you can place your order at any time and we can delay shipment, please call us (808) 877-3805 to provide your requested delivery date.

Splitting orders

We do NOT split two-pack or six-pack orders for shipping to multiple addresses.

Having trouble receiving your order confirmation?

Please take these steps to make sure your spam blocker doesn’t come between us.

1. Add our “from” address “info@pineapplemaui.com “ to your address book, safe list, or contact list.

2. Make sure you list us with your spam blocker, if you are using one.

3. If you stop hearing from us, check your spam or junk folder.

4. If you are still having trouble, contact the company that provides your email service (ISP) for help.
